Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between plasma levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),D-dimer(DD) and severity of coronary artery lesions. Method:90 cases with coronary heart disease(CHD)and 30 cases of control group were recruited according to coronary angiography,The CHD group was divided into 3 groups according to Gensini score:Gensini score 30,30-60,≥ 60 . The plasma levels of hs-CRP and DD in all groups were detectded and analyzed. Result:The levels of hs-CRP and DD were significantly higher in CHD than those in control ( P 0.05). As Gensini score raised,the levels of hs-CRP and DD increased,there was a positive correlation between them.Conclusion:The levels of hs-CRP and DD are associated with the severity of coronary artery lesions.
