Abstract
Objective:To detect common allergens and IgE level in 1800 patients with allergic dermatosis in Beijing,in order to screen the common allergens.Methods:The serum allergens and total serum IgE were detected by German Allergy Screen Immunoblotting method.Results:The positivity rate of the tests was 41.67%(750 patients).In inhalation group,house dust mite and dermatophagoides were the most common allergens(338 cases,18.78%).In food group,mutton and beef were the most common allergens(87 cases,4.83%).The total IgE level(100 IU/mL)was positive in 1253 patients(69.61%).Conclusion:The allergens in this group of patients is different from the reports in the literature.It is necessary to find relevant allergens of in order to provide foundation in the prevention and treatment of allergic dermatosis in Beijing.
