Analysis of allergens of 2210 patients with allergic dermatosis in Chongqing of China

Objective:To investigate the allergens in patients with allergic dermatosis,to find common allergens of Chongqing.Methods:The allergens in 2 210 patients with allergic dermatosis in Chongqing were detected by skin prick test.Results:1859 of 2210(71.9%) cases presented positive reaction.Among positive cases in inhalation group,the most common allergen was housefly,then was farina mite,mosquito,dust mite,cheese mite,pollen of the moxa,pollen of couchs.Crab and shrimp were the most common allergens in food group.Conclusion:The allergens are different in different areas ,it is necessary to find relevant allergens of patients in Chongqing and provide foundation of the prevention and treatment of allergic dermatosis.
