Abstract
Objective To establish the determination method of loganin and baicalin in Bushen Jiedu recipe by HPLC. Methods HPLC was used with Kromasil ODS-1 C18(5 μm,100mm×4.6 mm) as the analytical column,The flow rate was 1.0ml/min;①Baicalin:mobile phase was Methanol 0.1% Phosphate(42∶58).The UV detective wave length was at 280 nm.The sample volume was 5.0 μl.②Loganin: mobile phase was Pure water Acetonitrile(85:15),The UV detective wave length was at 236 nm.The sample volume was 10.0 μl. Results Baicalin showed good linear relationship(r=0.999 9)with in the range of 0.005~2.2 μg,and the average recovery rate was 98.18%(RSD=4.1%);Loganin showed good linear relationship(r=1.0)with in the range of 0.9996~199.92 μg,and the average recovery rate was 99.72%(RSD=2.0%). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and durable for quantitative determination of of loganin and baicalin in Bushen Jiedu recipe.
