Abstract
Objective:To establish the method for determination of effective components in Shuanghua Jiedu mixture by HPLC.Methods:The contents of baicalin were determined by a HPLC system using following conditions:the column was Kromasil C18 (250mm×4.60mm,5 μm),CHOH-0.4% H3PO4water solution(52:48) was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 3 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 280 nm.Results:The linear range of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 0.056~ 0.556 μg/mL,r =0.999 9,its average recovery (n = 6) was 101.40% and RSD was 4.18%.Conclusion:The results indicate that the HPLC method is simple,accurate,highly selective and reproducible,thus it could be used as quality control of compound Shuanghua Jiedu mixture.
