Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine.Methods:80patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group adopted conventional anti-infection treatment, the observation group using anti-infection on the basis of conventional therapy, giving the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 90.0%,which was obvious higher than that of the control group with 62.5%.The observation group clinical index(FVC),(FEV1)improved significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was statistical significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease obtains obvious therapeutic effect.
