Lipid joint antihypertensive treatment on ambulatory blood pressure and blood pressure variability

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of lipid-lowering drug simvastatin and antihypertensive drug nifedipine ambulatory blood pressure in patients with hypertension and blood pressure variability.Methods A total of 226 patients were diagnosed as hypertension patients,divided into two groups according to the hospitalized random number in each group,113 cases in the control group treated with nifedipine antihypertensive therapy and 113 cases in the treatment group applied with combined simvastatin treatment.All patients before treatment and after treatment underwent lipids and ambulatory blood pressure checks,the 24h average systolic blood pressure and mean diastolic blood pressure changes were recorded,and the mean standard deviation and 24h dynamic pulse pressure were calculated and compared before and after treatment in patients with hyperlipidemia and ambulatory blood pressure values and their stability.Results After the end of treatment,the lipid levelsof the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.01).24hPP and SBPV of the observation group,compared with the control group, decreased significantly,the difference being significant(P0.05).DBPV levels of the observation group patients decreased significantly before treatment,the difference being statistically significant(P0.05).And after the end of treatment,the observation group was compared with the control group after treatment:the 24hSD,dSSD,dDSD,nSSD significantly was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Lipid-lowering drug combination antihypertensive drugs can further smooth hypertension,and is worth clinical application.
