Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the control effect of felodiping administered on the different time in the hypertension patients by the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Methods:From June 2004 to Jan.2006,76 cases of the patients with essential hypertension were included in this study. All cases were divided into 2 groups randomly and given felodiping 5~10 mg on the different time once daily for 8 weeks.A 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is performed, respectively at pre-treatment and after 8weeks treatment. Results:The analysis of ABPM showed that the mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in two groups. The blood pressure variety ration and blood pressure loading of the post-treatment decreased significantly more than those of pre-treatment in two group. The early morning blood pressure(5:00~9:00) of the post-treatment decreased significantly in two groups. Conclusion:The effective blood pressure control could be gained with felodiping administered on the early morning or night time in the hypertension patients.
