270 cases of ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination of the retrospective study

Objective:To investigate the value of Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(TVCDS) in the diagnosis and location of Ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Of surgery or conservative treatment and pathology of 270 cases of ectopic pregnancy ultrasound images and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results: 270 cases of patients with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of 262 cases of ectopic pregnancy,Ultrasound images showed a thick-walled cystic annex areas or low-echo echo-free,mixed-echo mass,8 cases of missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis,Diagnosis rate 97.04%.Conclusions: Vaginal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy rate,especially for early ectopic pregnancy in a timely manner,accurate diagnosis,with extraordinary effect,is a clinical examination method of choice.
