The Application Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasonography(TVCDUS) in Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(TVCDUS) in ectopic pregnancy.Methods: This paper reviewed the 130 cases considered as early ectopic pregnancy by preoperative transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination,combined with surgical and postoperative pathologic result comprehensive analysis.Result: 120 cases were diagnosed by surgery in the 130 cases that were hinted ectopic pregnancy with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,and 10 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusion: Diagnosis early ectopic pregnancy with transvaginal color doppler ultrasound plays an extremely important role in clinical applications.6refs.
