Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to establish an efficient and economic extraction process of salvianolic acid B.[Method]By means of orthogonal experiment,the main influencial factors in the extraction process were analyzed to determine influencical degree and the best level.[Result]The best conditions of salvianolic acid B extraction was as follows:crush medicinal materials into coarse particles without soaking and put 20% ethanol in reflux with 100 ℃.[Conclusion] The method was efficient with a good reproducibility.
