Abstract
Objective:Explore a economic and appropriate and effective of alcohol extraction process for salvianolic acid B.Method:Alcohol extraction process involves the smash degrees,time of soakage,alcohol concentration,extract temperature four factors of orthogonal experimental design is analyzed,and determines various factors that influence the degree and best level.Results:The best conditions of salvianolic acid B extraction is to crush medicinal materials into thick slices without soaking and to put 30% ethanol in reflux with 90℃.Conclusion:This method is efficient with a good reproducibility.
