Abstract

Li Hang is a famous prime minister during the period of Taizong and Zhenzong of Northern Song Dynasty.He reached the highest official position as prime minister in Zhenzong period.When in his position,he instituted much of official policy,not using the person who is crave for greatness and success,he persuaded the emperor not to be luxurious.He always said to his colleague :The emperor is still younger,we should let him know that the difficulties of national affairs. So he was respected as great prime minister.
