Abstract
Based on the perspective of Psycho-history,this article comes to the conclusion that Prime minister Chen Ping was a man who engineered plans and proffered special scheme for Liu Bang,emperor of Han dynasty,Chen Ping helped him to win the nation.By his wisdom,he extremely understood that he was in a precarious position when he was in a high position.Thus,he still zealously managed national affairs after Han dynasty settled the country.He worked well as a prime minister,later he killed disloyal minister and stabilized the nation,and established new accomplishment.Chen Ping was not only clever at planning for other people,but also good at planning for himself,so he had never sunk into the unfathomable political whirlpool of Han dynasty at the initial stage.
