Specific Allergens IgE in Bronchial Asthma Children:An Analysis of 186 Cases

Objective To detect and analyse specific allergens in children with bronchial asthma in our hospital.Methods Sweden Pharmacia company Uni-CAP 100 high-allergen detection instrument and OEM-specific IgE assay Kit were used,186 cases in our hospital 19 types of serum specific IgE level in children with bronchial asthma and detection of serum total IgE,for analysis and comparison of the various allergens.Results One hundred and eighty-six cases positive rate of total IgE in children with 84.9%,inhalation allergens 132 cases with positive(71%),and household dust mites 114 cases(61.3%) was the highest,housing 67 cases of dust(36.0%) was second,group on the positive rate of inhalation allergen in children(95.5%) was higher than the infant group(33.8%)(P0.05) food allergen-positive 27 cases(14.5%),17 cases of eggs(9.1%),shrimp 11 cases(5.9%),infant group on positive rate of food allergen(25.7%) was higher than the children's group(P0.05).Conclusion Total IgE and specific IgE detection of allergen on diagnosis and treatment of children with asthma have very useful,cause of allergens in children with bronchial asthma to inhalation allergens should pay to attention.
