Abstract

Objective To analyze and explore the distribution of allergen in children with bronchial asthma and its protection measures. Methods The specific IgE and total IgE in 348 cases of children with bronchial asthma were detected by western blotting. Results The positive rate of dermatophagoides pteronyssinus was the highest in inhalant allergens, followed by tree and flower pollen. For ingested allergen the highest positive rate was egg white/egg yolk, followed by milk. There was no difference between the total IgE-positive rates of the two groups(P0.05).The total inhalation IgE-positive rate was higher than that of the total ingested positive rate(P0.05).The inhaled IgE-positive rate in the infant group was lower than that of the children group(P0.05),but the infants ingested IgE-positive rate in the infant group was higher than that of the children group(P0.05).Conclusion The allergen is one factor of bronchial asthma,so it can reduce the paroxysm number of bronchial asthma and alleviate the symptoms by avoiding the contact with allergens or environmental interventions to reduce allergen concentration.
