Case Study of College Teacher Performance Evaluation Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract

College teachers' performance evaluation is an important means of improving teachers' work and upgrading the college management system as well as a key factor to advance the healthy development of colleges.This essay analyzes the evaluation results of two teachers by adopting the analytic hierarchy process so as to provide a sample for the current college evaluation system.It provides suggestions of the reasonable usage of evaluation results in order to rationalize college teahers' performance evaluation.
