Construction of quality-ensuring system for the higher vocational education

Quality-ensuring system for the higher vocational education is composed of two parts, quality-ensuring system for the higher vocational institutions (internal guarantee) and evaluation of higher vocational education (external guarantee). This paper is aimed to construct the quality-ensuring system from four aspects of management, organization, resources, process and procedures which includes the establishment of quality supervision department, a two certificate faulty to meet the demands of career-oriented education, internal evaluation system and standardized teaching activity, improving the quality of teaching, implementation of supervision on specialties and so on. The two quality-ensuring system should be well integrated to better serve their functions.
