With the deepening reform of the mode of higher vocational education and teaching which is ability-oriented,employment-guided and takes work-study combination as the core,the construction of higher vocational education and teaching quality management as well as corresponding monitoring and ensuring system will be expedited necessarily under the guidance of scientific development concept.The monitoring and ensuring system of teaching quality for higher vocational colleges are determined by school-running orientation and guiding ideology which are composed of teaching quality evaluation index system,organization guarantee system,institutional guarantee system,teaching recourse guarantee system and campus culture environment guarantee system.
