Abstract
Quality supervision and guarantee are the systematic work which ensure and improve the quality of higher vocational and professional education. The coordination and development of the two systems create a steady and effectively well-cycled mechanism to guarantee and promote talents’ quality, hence eventually realize the sustainable development of higher vocational and professional education.
