Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaoyao Powder combined with intervention on liver cancer of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome.Method:56 patients with primary liver cancer who were met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intervention therapy, using 5-FU,MMC and DDP through the femoral artery infusion chemotherapy,Iodized oil embolization, which was repeated every 4 weeks and 3 times for a course.Treatment group was given Xiaoyao Powder besides the same therapy as the control group,1 dose a day, which lasted for 1 month.Result:Recent efficacy of two groups had no statistically significant difference(P0.05),the total effective in treatment group was not superior to that in control group;however, quality of life(Karnofsky score) improvement in treatment group was higher(P0.05),the conditions of fatigue, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and liver pain in the treatment group were better improved than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyao Powder combined with intervention of hepatocellular carcinoma of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome has obvious clinical effect, which can alleviate common adverse symptoms, reduce side effects and improve patient quality of life.
