Clinical Research on the Treatment of Postoperative Breast Cancer with Depression by Modified Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Fluoxertine Hydrochloride Capsules

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect on the treatment of postoperative breast cancer with depression by modified Xiaoyao powder combined with fluoxertine hydrochloride capsules. Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group was 30 cases. The control group was given fluoxertine hydrochloride capsules,and the treatment group was given modified Xiaoyao powder based on the control group. 3weeks later,observing HAMD depression scale scores before and after the treatment and clinical curative effect. Results: After the treatment,compared with HAMD depression scale scores group of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The treatment group effective rate was 86. 67%. The control group effective rate was 63. 33%. Comparing the two groups,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect is remarkable for modified Xiaoyao powder combined with fluoxertine hydrochloride capsules,and the compliance of the patients is well.
