Abstract

The effects of CO2 flow, press, time and temperature on black pepper essential oil are investigated by supercritical CO2 extraction. The optimal extracting conditions are determined by orthogonal test. The results show that CO2 flow is 22 kg/h,the press is 34 MPa,the time is 140 min and the temperature is 38 ℃,the yield of essence oils is up to 7.02%.
