Abstract
The passage uses a set of experimental device which is self made to study the technique of separation of pepper oil from pepper with the supercritical fluid CO_2 as extracting solvent. The extraction temperature, extraction pressure, size of pepper granule and flow rate of CO_2 are considered here. The best experimental condition are as follows: the pressure is 22 MPa ,the flow rate of CO_2 is 0.3~0.4(m~3/h),the size of pepper granule is 30~50 mesh and the temperature is 315 K.From all above,we can find the supercritical fluid extraction separation has many advantages: a simple technique, safe to operate,no solvent residual and extraction rate is high etc.
