Abstract
The effects of CO2 flow, press, time and temperature on cinnamon essential oil were investigated by supercritical CO2 extraction. The optimal extracting conditions were determined by orthogonal test.CO2 flow was 20 kg/h,the pres was 25 MPa,the time was 2.5 h,and the temperature was 45 ℃,The yield of essence oils was up to 3.8%.
