Abstract

[Objective] To select the ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of flavonoids from dandelion.[Method] With the extraction rate of total flavonoids as the investigation index, the single factor test and orthogonal experiment were adopted to study the effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and other factors on the ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids from dandelion, and the best extraction conditions were optimized.[Result] The best ultrasonic extraction conditions were: 120 W ultrasonic power,60% ethanol as solvent,1∶ 30(g/ml) solid-liquid ratio,30 min extraction time and 70 ℃ ultrasonic temperature, under the conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids could reach 4.02%.[Conclusion] The method selected the optimal extraction conditions, which provided theoretical basis for the industrialized production of flavonoids from dandelion.
