Abstract
[Objective] To syudy the effect of different experimental conditions on extraction of Licorice Flavonoids.[Method] The effects of ethanol concentration, ration of solid to liquid and extraction time on extraction yield of flavonoids were studied by orthogonal experiments.Under the best extraction conditions, the single factor experiments were used to determine the effects of ultrasonic wave on the extraction yield of flavonoids.[Results] The optimum extraction conditions were as following:the ethanol concentration 75%,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶14,extraction time 2 h.Under best extraction conditions, the optimum conditions for ultrasonic extraction was determined as 100 W,1 h.[Conclusion] The extraction rate of licorice flavonoids can reach 2.69% using the optimum experimental conditions determined in this study.
