Abstract
Using the yield of total flavonoids as evaluation index, the extraction process of total flavonoids from blueberry leaves by ultrasonic method was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions were determined as follows:70% ethanol as extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶35(g∶mL),ultrasonic power of 210 W,extraction time of 40 min.Under above conditions, the average extraction rate of total flavonoids was 8.0%.This process has good stability.Compared with the conventional extraction method, ultrasonic extraction method has advantages of time saving, low cost and environmental protection.
