Determination of hesperidin in Jianwei Zhitong tablet

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin in. Jianwei Zhitong tablet.METHOD Using ODS C_(18) column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);mobile phase:methanol-acetic acid -water(35∶4∶61);Flow rate:0.8mL·min~(-1);detective wavelength:283nm.RESULTS The linear range of hesperidin was 0.823～4.116μg,the average recovery of hesperidin was 99.16%(RSD=0.69%).CONCLUSION This method is simple and accurate.
