Abstract
Objective:To develop an RP-HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in Fufang Quanshen tablet.Method: A Phenomenex Luna C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was applied;a mobile phase composing of methanol-acetic acid-water(35∶4∶61) was used,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;the UV detector was set at 283 nm.Result:The linear range of hesperidin was 104-1 040 ng,and the average recovery was 97.1%(n=6).Conclusion:A sensitive,simple RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of hesperidin in Fufang Quanshen tablet.
