Abstract

Vocational education plays an important role in social development and education.And the high level of teacher training is an important guarantee for the healthy development of vocation education.Therefore,people began to attach great importance to the teacher training model.This paper analyzes the teaching training mode in developed countries and aims to find out a good training mode to equip the teachers with modern vocational education law,unity and stability.
