Construction and Practice of Training System for Vocational Education Teachers

In recent years,the teacher training of vocational education in China confronts with the challenges of normal education transforming to teacher education,building modern education system and realizing synchronous development of society in four areas and comprehensively enhancing education quality.Under the new background,some regions and schools explored actively to build new teacher training system.Based on existing experience,in order to further optimize training system for vocational education,the suggestions are: strengthening planning and management on the training of vo cational teachers,enlarge reform on the enrollment and cultivation of vocational education teacher specialty,increase invest ment on the vocational education teacher college,etc.
