Qufengzhitong Recipe Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis of Random Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective]To observe the pain combined with western medicine for treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis. [Methods] Using randomized controlled Methods,will be divided into two groups according to the random number table,40 cases of hospitalized patients. A control group of 20 cases of indomethacin(Xiao Yantong),25mg/,2 ~ 3 /d,oral. The treatment group of 20 cases of Qufengzhitong(Dangui,Guizhi,Fangfeng each 12g,Baishao,Huangqi each 30g,Weilingxian 15,Chuanxiong 10g,Jixueteng,Shengjingcao,Qianghuo each 12g,Gancao 6g,Qingjiao 15g,Huyansuo 12g,Taoren,Honghua each 10g,Yiyiren 15g),1 doses of /d, water simmer in water 200mL,sooner or later oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 30d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect. [Results] The treatment group cured 18 cases,effective 1 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total efficiency of 95%. A control group of 12 cases,effective 4 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total efficiency of 80%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05). [Conclusion] Qufeng Zhitong decoction combined with Western treatment of periarthritis of shoulder significant effect,worthy of promotion.
