[Objective]To observe Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. [Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,216 patients were divided into two groups according to the. A control group of 108 cases of indomethacin,25mg/,3 /d,oral. The treatment group of 108 cases of Duhuojisheng Decoction(Xixin 3g,Rougui 5g,Quanxiezi 6g,Wxiaoshe,Dangui each 10g,Duhuo,Duzhong, Sanjisheng,Niuxi,Baishao,Qinjiao,Chuanqiong each 15g,Fuling 20g,Shudihuang,Danshen, Huangqi,Jixueteng each 30g),1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 300mL,3 /d,oral. Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses; fire add Zhimu,Huangbo,Nvzhenzi;wet add Mutong,Fanji,Mugua;liver kidney deficiency add Gouqizi,Shanyurou,Lujiaojiao. TNF- α observation of clinical symptoms,synovial fluid I,L-6 and MMP-3 content,adverse reaction. Continuous 6 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cured 69 cases,effective 34 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total efficiency of 95.37%. The control group cured 55 cases,effective 40 cases,invalid 13 cases,the total efficiency of 87.96%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05). TNF- alpha in synovial fluid I,L-6 and MMP-3 in the treatment group was better than the control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Duhuojisheng Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis effect is significant,worthy of promotion
