[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Aconite Decoction in the treatment of rheumatism. [Methods]Using randomized controlled methods, 120 cases of inpatients and outpatients number were randomLy divided into two groups. A control group of 60 cases of leflunomide, three days ago, 50mg/; 3 days later, 10mg/; 1 /d, orally at bedtime. The treatment group of 60 cases of Aconite Decoction(Gancao, Ganjiang,Guizhi each 10g,Weilingxian 15g,Fanfeng,Qingfengteng each 20g,Zhichuanwu 9g,Huangqi 12g,Shaoyao,Huangma each 3g.). 1 doses of /d, water simmer in water 200mL, sooner or later oral. The two groups were continuous treatment with 30d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical curative effect, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results]The treatment group cured 50 cases, effective in 6 cases, effective 3 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 98.33%. The control group 22 cases were cured, 3 cases markedly effective, effective 7 cases, invalid 18 cases, the total efficiency of 70%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Aconite Decoction in the treatment of rheumatism effect is significant, worthy of popularization.
