Qufeng Tongluo Recipe Combined with Western medicine in Treating Osteoarthritis Study Random Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective] To observe Qufengtongluo recipe combined with western medicine in treatment of osteoarthritis. [Methods] Using randomized controlled Methods,will be divided into two groups according to the random number table,50 cases of hospitalized patients. A control group of 25 cases of indomethacin(Xiao Yantong),25 ~ 50g/,2 ~ 3 /d,oral. The treatment group of 25 cases of Qufeng Tongluo Recipe(Dangui,Duhuo each 12g,Qingjiao 15g,Niuxi 12g,Baishao,Huangqi each 30g, Chuanxiong 10g,Jixueteng,Fangji each 12g,Zhigancao 10g,Huyansuo 12g,Sangjisheng 10g, Yiyiren 15g),1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 1000mL,3 /d,oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 30d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect. 1 years of follow-up,the recurrence rate of observation. [Results] The treatment group cured 27 cases,effective 2 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total efficiency of 96.67%. The control group cured 21 cases,effective 7 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05). [Conclusion] Qufeng Tongluo decoction combined with Western treatment of osteoarthritis effect,worthy of promotion.
