Abstract
The stem tip and stem segment of the Cymbidiuml owianum were good explants.The culture medium was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L for callus induction.The multiplicative medium was made of MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L.The rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA(1.0) mg/L.
