Abstract
The callus induction and rapid multiplication of Qcimumbasilieum were studied.The results showed that the suitable medium for callus induction of Qcimumbasilieum was MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,the best medium for bud induction was MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L and the best medium for rooting was MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L.
