Clinical Analysis 58 Case of Edaravon Treatment for Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

Objective To observe the edaravone treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI) efficacy.Methods A randomized controlled trial,select a 24-hour incidence of 58 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(28 cases),the control group(30 cases).Control group was given conventional treatment,aspirin,Xueshuantong injection,there is cerebral edema in 20% mannitol for dehydration,to reduce cerebral edema.The treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy of edaravone was added 30mg,2 times a day,intravenous drip treatment for 2 weeks(14 days).Treatment before and 3 weeks after treatment(21 days) in patients with neurological impairment assessment and efficacy assessed.Results In the treatment group was markedly effective rate was 64.30% in the control group was markedly effective rate 36.7%,test the two groups was statistically significant(p 0.05).21 days later,two groups of nerve defect inspection and assessment of changes in the value of comparison was statistically significant(p 0.05),the two groups without adverse reaction.Conclusion Edaravone can effectively improve the neurologic impairment of acute cerebral infarction,the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in patients with good efficacy,high safety.
