Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervene on tumor hemodialysis patients with PICC.Methods:79 cases of tumor hemodialysis patients with PICC tube were divided into experimental group(n=48) and control group(n=31). The routine care was used for control group, and experimental group was added to emphasizing of inserting angle fist exercise and obedience. Results:The phlebitis rate of experimental group was 2.1% and data of control group was 19.4%,there was significant difference between two groups (P0.05). Conclusion:Strict evaluation before PICC and right maintaining of tube after PICC can reduce the injection rate, the hemodialysis caused by PICC can be prevented.
