Abstract

To observe the effects of Tremella Polysaccharides(TP) on the antioxidation of experimental aging mice,ICR mice were injected with D-galactose to establish subacuteaging mode1,meanwhile they were treated with TP in different doses.8 weeks later,SOD,MDA and GSH-Px in hearts and brains were measured, and then the enzyme activities were analysed. The enzyme activities of SOD and GSH-Px in each TP group were higher than in control group(P0.05),and the enzyme activities in high-dose group were higher than in middle and lowerdose groups. The MDA in middle and high-dose groups was lower than in control group, and the MDA in high-dose group was lower than in both middle and low group(P0.05).TP may improve the antioxidation in experimental aging mice.
