Abstract
Objective:The antioxidant effects of Huangqijianzhong decoction on Oxidases in Brain Tissues of D-Galactose-induced aging were explored in this paper.Methods: The D-galactose aging model mice were established.Six groups of mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,Vitamin-E(50mg/kg)group,Huangqijianzhong high-dose(8g/kg)group,Huangqijianzhong middle-dose(4g/kg)group and Huangqijianzhong low-dose(2g/kg)group.Six weeks after the experiment,the content of MDA,the activities of SOD,GSH-Px in brain tissues were analyzed.Results: Compared with the control group,the content of MDA of the model group was significantly increased(P0.05).The activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly decreased(P0.05).Compared with the model group,the contents of MDA of the three Huangqijianzhong groups were significantly decreased(P0.05),and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased(P0.05).There was no significant difference between Huangqijianzhong high-dose,Huangqijianzhong middle-dose groups and Vitamin-E group(P0.05).Conclusion: Huangqijianzhong decoction can improve the antioxidant capability in brain tissues of mice.
