Abstract
Aim To establish a method for determination of the content of paeoniflorin in Yikunning Keli by HPLC.Methods The content of paeoniflorin in Yikunning Keli was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic conditions were Lichrospher C_(18)(4.6×250 mm,5μm)as analytic column,acetonitrile-0.1 % trifluoroacetic Acid(16∶84)as mobile phase,the flow rate being 1.0 ml·min~(-1),the detection wavelength at 230 nm.Results The linearity of paeoniflorin in the range of 70~2.19 mg·L~(-1)was good,r=0.9999.The average recovery is 100.07 %,and RSD is 1.52 %.Conclusion The HPLC method is accurate,reliable,specific,and can be used for the quality control of Yikunning Keli.
