Determination of paeoniflorin in Chidan Tuihuang Keli By HPLC

Abstract

Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Chidan Tuihuang Keli.Method The paeoniflorin was separated on a Kromasil C 18 column at 230nm by ACN-H 2O with 0.1% H 3PO 4(15∶85) as a mobile phase.Result A linear relationship of paeoniflorin was good at 0.05μg to 2.00μg.The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 102.17% with RSD 1.18%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable for the determination of paeoniflorin in Chidan Tuihuang Keli.
