Abstract
Aim To establish a method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Shaogan Capsules. Methods The determination was carried out by HPLC with a YWG C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) column,acetonitrile-acetic acid-water-thiethylamine(15∶0.3∶85∶0.3)as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was at 230nm,and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 20~100mg·L-1,r=0.999 1. The average recovery was 100.70% and RSD was 1.14%. Conclusions The method is sensitive,accurate,reproducible,specific and can be used for quality control of Shaogan Capsules
