Abstract
Aim To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Yigankan Capsules.Method The contents of Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC, using Spherisorb C 18 (5μm, 4.6×200mm)column, methanol-0.05mol·L -1 Natrium Dihydrogen Phosphate-Isopropanol(40∶65∶2) as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was 230nm.Results Paeoniflorin at the concentrations of 0.5~10μg showed good linearity(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.66% with the relative standard deviationRSD 1.88%(n=5). Conclusion The results show that the method is simple and accurate. It can be useful in quality control of the products.
