Abstract
Through the systematic research on the mechanism, contents, principle, and schedule of planning integration, the technical regulations of one map planning integration are formulated, which divides the planning integration into two stages, i.e., integration on the special plan level, and integration on the statutory plan level. The following measures are taken to deal with the planning integration problems: not modifying the plan, technically modifying the plan, modifying the plan, and monographic study. Currently, the special planning and statutory that are being formulated or have been approved are integrated, which effectively solves the problem of contradictory plans and basically realizes the goal of one map in the planning of Shenzhen.
