Abstract

The practice of integrated planning in Shanghai Changning Linkong Business Park can shed light on the convergence and integration of multiple planning methods employed in most planning practices.This paper points out that under the existing planning system,statutory planning and non-statutory planning must be complementary and integrated.The paper further explores the means to achieve scientific and effective planning outcomes through employing integrated planning methods.
