Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Alprostadil in treatment for elderly acute cerebral infarction and its influence on serum IL-6 and TNF-α.METHODS From September 2009 to August 2011,192 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,in which observation group with 96 cases was treated with Alprostadil and control group with 96 cases was treated with Danshen injection.The effective rate and serum IL-6 and TNF-α between the two groups were compared.RESULTS The excellence effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P﹤0.05),while no significant difference in total effective rate between two groups(P﹥0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly decreased in both groups(P﹤0.05).Moreover,the serum IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P﹤0.05),while no significant differences between two groups(P﹥0.05).CONCLUSION Alprostadil in treatment for elderly acute cerebral infarction can enhance clinical effect,degrade serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels,which can be applied in clinic.
