Influence effect of alprostadil on serum high -sensitivity C-reactive protein levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract

Objective To observe the changes of alprostadil injection before and after the treatment of acute cerebral infarction serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods 65 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35) and control group(n=30).The control group routine method in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,treatment group treated with alprostadil injection on the basis of conventional treat ment.Results The hs-CRP was decreased in the treatment group and the control group than that of before treatment,but the treatment group decreased hs-CRP levels were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differ ence was statistically significant(P0.05).No obvious side reactions during the period of alprostadil injection treatment.Conclusion alprostadil injection can decrease the level of hs-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
